Welcome! By booking a session or working with [Your Business Name], you agree to the following terms. These are here to make sure everything is clear and fair for both of us.

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

• Remaining balances are due before your session/event unless otherwise arranged.

• Payment can be made via Zelle.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is possible with advance notice and subject to availability.

• If I ever have to cancel (very rare!), you’ll receive a full refund or help finding a replacement photographer.

Copyright & Image Use

• I retain copyright to all images I create.

• You’ll receive a license for personal use (printing, sharing on social media, etc.).

• Commercial, promotional, or resale use requires a separate licensing agreement.

• Please don’t edit, alter, or sell images without permission.

My Rights

• I may share images for my portfolio, website, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

• I reserve the right to stop a session if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.

Liability

• I’ll always do my best to capture your day beautifully, but I can’t control weather, venue restrictions, or unforeseen events.

• In the unlikely event of technical failure or image loss, my liability is limited to a full refund of what you’ve paid.

Turnaround & Deliverables

• Edited images are usually delivered within 2 weeks of your session.

• You’ll receive your images via online gallery.

• Raw (unedited) files are not provided.

Model Release

By working with me, you grant permission for images to be used in my portfolio, marketing, and promotional materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
